In order for the Client to be satisfied with the end result, translation instruction need to feature the following information: scope, translation tools to be used, audience, style and format.

Translation is performed in standard, well-known industry CAT tools: SDL Trados, Passolo, Alchemy Catalyst, XTM and more, depending on the Client's preferences.

Terms of delivery are agreed upon acceptance of translation jobs and duly respected. The files are delivered with all required additional documentation such as QA reports, MDS sheets etc. requested by the job provider at the start of the assignment.

What are the rates?

Rates differ with respect to the type of translation (doc, SW, website, marketing texts), type of task (translation, review, LSO). Please email me for more information.

Is there a fail-safe method for software localisation?

There are a few measures to be taken in order to obtain extremely accurate software localised into target languages. The approach I am using for software translation requires minimum input from the Client, with great end product provided.

Why is it worth to have a Style Guide for translating into a target language?

If you already have a Style Guide to provide at the start of translation jobs, that's great news, especially if you are working with many translators. This is key for consistency and branding.
